This portfolio case outlines my role as Product Manager at Simple Lens, an American company focused on enhancing sales leadership and revenue acceleration for high-growth companies. The need was to package these services into structured product offerings to enhance customer engagement and optimize service delivery.

What Did We Build?

We developed a comprehensive product plan that includes various business components such as content, frameworks, and client documentation. This was tailored to effectively solve client-specific problems through structured product offerings.

Solution

The solution involved creating a detailed product strategy that included defining the target audience, developing a compelling value proposition, and building a detailed product roadmap. This strategy was designed to make Simple Lens's services more accessible and to streamline the process, enhancing overall customer engagement.

- Figma: Used for brainstorming, creating wireframes, and prototyping.

- Zoom: Utilized for conducting meetings.

- Notion: Served as the principal tool for ideation and as a repository for all product documentation, including the Product Requirement Document (PRD).

My Role as Product Manager
